The Hutchinson Community College Registrar’s office is here to help students, staff and faculty with forms, applications and information to assist with academic and transcript requests.

We are customer-service oriented, and utilize advanced technology to improve our service to you.  Our office is responsible for maintaining orderly and accurate student academic records, and provide complete transcript services in a efficient and timely manner.

The office is also here to assist in the interpretation and application of College, Board of Regents and governmental policies and procedures to assist student, faculty, staff and the public in making informed decisions regarding academic policies and procedures.  We strive for a close working relationship with other areas of the college to ensure student success.
